Arrangements

Treatments can be booked with the teacher of the school or one of his staff at least one day in advance; (male and female massage therapist available)Prior to the massage your massage therapist will have a chat with the client to find out whether the client has any specific requirements (i.e. injuries, stiffness of muscles etc).

Suggestion

Ayurvedic Massage therapies involve the use of various oils on the client’s skin. It is therefore essential for clients to be aware that they will need to wear just underpants (men) or bikinis (woman) throughout the treatment. Clients should only have a light meal latest 2 hours prior to the treatment and drink plenty of fluids (water ideally) following the massage to flush out toxins and ensure hydration. It is recommended to shower 2 hours after the massage to allow the medicinal oils take full effect in the body.

Session

The massage itself is a deep tissue massage that allows for a balance of metaphysical energies with yogic stretches and appropriate pressure and rubs of the body.

500 Rupees per hour with staff

1000 Rupees per hour with the teacher
