Introduction to Ayurveda and its Philosophy; Ayurvedic theory on body types and personalities; overview of medicinal and non medicinal oils used in Ayurvedic massage, Introduction (or deeper understanding) of aromatherapy and its use and application in the ayurvedic massage, Ayurvedic massage techniques as used on the arms, legs, back, throat, face and head and the integration of Kundalini energy and balancing of energies in the body throughout the massage
